Leonotis leonurus

Leonotis ou queue de lion / dagga sauvage. Les Hottentot de l'Afrique du Sud fumaient les feuilles pour ses effets euphorisants. Il est l'un des meilleures alternatives pour le tabac et le cannabis. La plante pousse surtout dans sud et sud-est du continent africain.

Leonotis est considéré une des alternatives les plus efficace du tabac et du cannabis. L'alcaloïde active principale est la leonurine.
Dans la médecine traditionnelle de l'Afrique la plante s'utilise souvent comme médicament. Il est utilisé pour soigner les morsures de serpent et en tant que talisman contre les serpents.

Effets

Comparable au cannabis, mais plus léger. En combinaison avec le cannabis, il y a un effet synergétique.

Usage

Utiliser comme thé. Pour un effet plus fort, vous pouvez également fumer les fleurs de la plante.

Avertissement

Faites attention lorsque vous prenez le Leonotis. Certains gens s'y accoutument comme au tabac.

like promesed, I checked the tea. AWESOME, IT WORKS :) close to space-cake sensation, but slightly clearer mind, and less stoned feeling. but also warm and relaxed feeling. so PLEASE DO NOT WASTE IT BY SMOKING IT.

for the tea i did it this way:
-I emptied a normal teabag and but 3 theespoons wild dagga in it (for one liter boiling water)
-let it stand for several hours (till water was completely cooled down) -I took the teabag out, and put it in like 2 cl of high degree of alcohol (vodka 55°),again let it stand for a while.
-now get the tea bag out of the alcohol (throw it away) and poor the alcohol in the tea. (you now have like 1% alcohol in your tea, you wont even taste it, but the alcohol took some extra alkaloïds out, that the water did not).
-warm it up, add a little of sugar, and there you go!
(I think the alcohol part is not necesary, but whatever)

the effects come up rather quickly but don't last that long. max 2 hours, depending of how much you drunk.

Par contre le seul hic c'est que (pour les fleurs rouges je sais pas pour les feuilles) c'est vraiment pas tip top comme gout donc quand tu veux le melanger avec du buzz (l'effet synergetique est bien present) en gros tu gache une douille ou un buzz car ça te nique tout le bon gout du cannabis en l'occultant par le gout des fleurs. Le mieux a faire je pense est de fumer la leonotis leonurus avant de fumer le buzz comme on a l'habitude de faire.
