Cour suprême: Eau de bong est drogue illégale

La Cour suprême de Minnessota a statué que l'eau qui reste dans un bong après avoir fumé peut être considéré comme une drogue illicite.

L'affaire concernait une vieille femme de 46 ans de Minnessota qui a été arrêté en 2007, et les objets saisis chez elle comprenait un bong en verre. Il contenait une petite quantité de liquide qui a testé positif pour la présence de méthamphétamine. La Cour suprême affirme que l'eau de bong compte maintenant comme un "mélange" de drogue en vertu du droit de l'État.

Un agent de stupéfiants avait témoigné que les toxicomanes gardent parfois de l’eau de bong pour le boire ou l'injecter plus tard.

Boire de l’eau de bong?! Eww.

Nous nous demandons si cette nouvelle loi ridicule amènera à plus d’hygiène parmi les fumeurs (après tout, vous ne savez jamais quand le gouvernement fédéral se présentera à votre porte).

hehe injecting bongwater? are you f****** kidding me , usualy i max different herbs or hash with tobacco the leftover nicotine in the water from smoking as little as 10-20 ciggarettes even if the nikotine is carefully removed by gently roasting the tobacco as i do would proabably be enough to kill several people, thats the sickest most wrong story about bongwater i have ever heard, they might aswell consider drain cleaner an illegal drug too then becaus there just might be some moron out there thinking about injecting it or drinking it, or some wierd shit like that and what if people actualy survive injecting or eating or whatever really really dumb substances or even poisons or what not they can think of, are they illegal drugs by american law then? , OMFG some people should have no right to speak a single word even to themselves, well this story will anyways proabably keep me grining my face off atleast untill this time next year

Also, if you read the whole story, the lovely woman was a mother of two. Smoking meth. Now I'm not saying she's a BAD person. But that is certainly f'ed up. If you disagree, stop smoking meth, or put your kids up for adoption - they deserve better!

When the narcotics officer said "drinking the bong water" my guess is he didn't mean the water that's left after smoking weed or hash, but after using methamphetamine. Meth is water-soluble.

You're right the United States is not free. I should know that's where I live. I was arrested once for having 2g of pot in the privacy of my hotel room which they searched without cause. It cost close to a thousand dollars including lawyer and fines.

mais franchement qu'est ce qui faut pas entendre!!! l'agent en question je lui injecterai bien mon eau de bang pour détendre un peu qu'elle belle connerie encore un bon prétexte qui favorise la réprétion.....
